- Monthly subscriptions: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel, you'll retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period, and won't be charged again afterward.
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribe to Pro and are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@nilkit.org and we'll consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charged after cancellation), contact us at support@nilkit.org and we'll investigate and correct legitimate billing errors.
- No refunds for: Partial-month usage, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality after the first-week window, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
